Overview
Waipapa Pine
Waipapa Pine is a well-established producer of high-quality sawn timber products located in Northland. We operate an integrated sawmill and treatment facility across our two sites in Waipapa and Whangarei.
Over the years, we’ve had a heavy focus on employment opportunities for the people of Northland. We have a highly skilled team focused on producing high quality finished structural timber products for New Zealand and export markets.
We work with Radiata Pine sourced from Northland forests, which boasts superior density and stiffness. This resource demands specialised processing techniques to enhance its qualities and create a product that satisfies the demands of the New Zealand construction market.
Waipapa Pine was acquired by Fletcher Building in December 2022. The company remains highly focussed on significant investment in people, new technologies and equipment to produce the very best results for our customers.
